ACCEPTANCE OF NEW CUSTOMERS

StilDecor will only supply Bona Fide trade customers, and will require evidence of this prior to any trading, in conjunction with a fully completed trade application form. We reserve the right to turn down prospective customers if we feel their location activity could unsettle an existing customer.

DELIVERY

Free delivery is usually available for those customers who have good access, and orders in excess of 300 BGL. Payment will be collected by our driver. If payment is not available, the goods may not be dropped and a charge of 30 BGL will be levied for the inconvenience of an aborted visit. Whilst we endeavour to please everybody, It is sometimes impossible to make deliveries if closing days happen to coincide with our day/route planning.

PAYMENT

Strictly on delivery or collection. New accounts are required to pay by proforma; cash or bankers draft for the first three transactions (unless a prior arrangement has been made). Thereafter cheques are acceptable. However, in case of a bounced cheque a charge of £50 will be made and all the following transactions must be cash or draft. All goods remain the property of Stil Decor until full payment is made. Goods for overseas are paid by S.W.I.F.T. transfers -details are available on request.

CREDITS AND RETURNS

If a customer needs to return any goods for credit, we ask that our returns note is completed and returned with our driver. This will assist us in raising a credit straight away. We must emphasise that we do not guarantee our chairs for contract use. It is also very important to note that tabletops must be sealed on the underside when finishing. Failure to do this will cause warping
